Last Saturday, June 25th, the Joule team was at it again - joining forces with over 100 local advocates to actively promote a cleaner New Orleans. The group proudly held hands with others to oppose dangerous offshore drilling at The Fly behind Audubon Zoo. The event was organized by Hands Across The Sand, an international movement that strives to “convince our leaders to abandon offshore oil drilling and to adopt policies that encourage clean and renewable energy sources”. We were thrilled to see how many people share our passion for protecting our planet and embracing clean energy. As we all joined hands for this important cause, the message was clear: a line in the sand is a powerful thing.
