Mitsubishi has unveiled the first solar-powered charging station for electric cars in the U.S. - a reflection of the worldwide effort to utilize renewable energy possibilities. The EV charging station is capable of charging up to four cars at once, and will certainly help to build awareness of solar power’s versatility and efficiency. As MMNA President Yoichi Yokozawa explained, “We hope that our dealers, learning institutions, and municipalities will look to this technology with a keen eye towards the future, and bear in mind that the gradual acceptance of the pure-EV transportation will be aided by increasing the number of facilities like this one.” Bravo, Mitsubishi!
